What is Kefir and why KeoLife Kefir is different?

Kefir is a sour and slightly carbonated dairy beverage. It has the consistency of a runny yogurt and has a stronger tart taste.

Traditional Kefir, made with Kefir grains,  is a staple diet that has been consumed to prevent chronic disease, and as a “Cure-All-remedy”, for over 2000 years in Tibet, Nepal, Russia and the Caucasus Mountains (the regions where Europe meets Asia).

What is Probiotics?

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health, especially your digestive system. We usually think of bacteria as something that causes diseases. But your body is full of bacteria, both good and bad. Probiotics are often called “good” or “helpful” bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy.

How Often do I need to drink kefir and how much?

What matters is that you drink Kefir regularly throughout the year; it can be as little as one 200ml bottle serving every other day. There is no maximum limit for drinking Kefir.

Usually people tend to drink at least one 200ml bottle a day. A few customers drink up to 1 Litre per day.

But if you are quiet taken by Kefir then drink as much as you’d like!

Recommended Usage: At least 1 cup (around 200ml) a day should be drank to see the health benefit over time. If you persevere and make it your daily routine as part of a healthy and varied diet, kefir begins to regulate your entire body and you will get the protective health benefit.

Kefir is not a medicine or substitute for any medicine but should be considered as a supplement in the same way as shop supplements and vitamins.

What is the difference between Organic Kefir made from authentic grains and Kefir made from powdered culture?

Fermentation with authentic Kefir Grains are the original traditional method to make the potent kefir drink. Organic Kefir, made with our own selectively grown unique high potency Kefir grains, is very powerful as it contains 35 different strains of good bacteria and approximately 15 billion live micro-organisms (cfu) per gram.

In opposition, “Kefir culture” also called “kefir grain culture” or “kefir starter culture” is a powder created in a laboratory, which contains on average 4 different strains of good bacteria and approximately 2 million cfu per gram.
